I am a luminous energy practitioner trained in the ancient wisdom teachings, a licensed massage therapist, and a workshop guide. My intention is to touch from the heart into the magnificence of the unlimited human spirit, and to hold presence for the evolution of your unique nature. This is the sacred medicine of the Soul celebrated as it remembers itself in the body.

I have been richly blessed to study with Brooks Greene-Barton as an Artist of God, Alberto Villoldo in the Healing the Light Body, and Master Soul Retrieval programs, and Kamala Hope Campbell as a facilitator of B.R.E.T.H. (Breath Releasing Energy for Transformation and Healing). I have been graced to work with Sandra Ingerman (Medicine for the Earth) and to receive initiations from Don Marco, the esteemed Condor Shaman of Peru.

A graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage, and the Motherhand 5 Element Shiatsu schools, I can offer nearly 20 years of experience as an integrative bodywork therapist. My massage sessions are individually designed to your needs from an array of certified modalities including: Swedish, Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Medical, Aromatherapy, and Deep Tissue.

Energy Medicine Sessions include: Illuminations/Chakra Balancing, Soul Retrieval, Extractions and Space Clearings, Sacred Ceremony and Divination, and Crystal Balancing.

B.R.E.T.H. sessions offer a safe and self- empowering opportunity for you to journey, for yourself, into the heart space where you can access your own Divine wisdom.

Fun facts:  I am deeply devoted to my wildy boys, and their Dad. I am a singer and a "reformed" theatre artist who has moved back to the country after many years of studying human nature in NYC. I often howl at full moons. I am honored to offer this work and to be at your service.
